We want to offer the best customer experience and avoid rescheduling or canceling orders.

Keeping your store hours updated helps your store have better visibility within the app, and allows your customers to order without any inconvenience. If you need to make an adjustment to your store hours, you can do in the Home page.

Shoppers can only go to your store within the store hours that you set up, so make sure that these are accurate.

How to edit store hours in the Home page

If you have orders that your store is not able to complete, please email us at [email protected] or contact us through the chat, so we can find a solution.

Go to the Home page and click on the Store tab to see your branches.

  1. Click on the branch which store's hours you want to edit.

  2. If your store will be closed or you want to open it, just tick the corresponding box next to that date.

  1. Adjust the store hours of the day chosen.

  2. Clicking on the clock icon, you can adjust store hours.

  3. Make sure you double-check the opening and closing times you've set up and save your changes.

Store hours updates are updated automatically right after you have confirmed the adjustment.

If any of your branches will be closed for more than 5 days, please disable it. Here's how you can do this:

  1. Place your pointer over the branch that you need to disable.

2 . Click on the disable branch button.

3 . Confirm the adjustment.

After you have done this, the disabled branch will be shown as "inactive". When you are ready to reactivate it, you can do it directly by clicking on the enable branch button.
