We always want your customers to have the best possible experience. That's why it's important to keep your Products as up-to-date as possible.
You can keep your store Products up-to-date by updating products individually or in bulk. If you have a lot of products to update (more than 20), we recommend using the latter method. For more information, you can read our Bulk Product update article.
Here's how to update your store Products by individual product.
Updating by product
Search for the product you want to edit. To do this, you can:
Search for the product by name, SKU, brand or barcode using the search bar.
Filter products by availability and/or branch.
In the 'Products' sub-tab, you'll be able to:
Review every product in store. Those with variants will have a small arrow on the left-hand side; when you click it, you'll be able to view all products in that product family.
Edit information for each product in store.
Create new products.
In the 'Inventory' sub-tab you'll be able to:
Check and Edit the Availability and Prices of a product in each store branch that stocks it.
2. Edit general product information:
a. If you want to edit an individual product, i.e. a product without variants, you'll be able to fully edit all of its information: -images, name, brand, SKU, format, description and category.
b. If you select a ‘parent’ product of a product family, you'll not be able to edit the information shared by the whole product family, i.e. image, name, brand, description and category, you'll need to edit it item by item.
When you've finished making changes, press the 'Save’ button. You’re all set!
