To start the process of adding products in bulk, you need to log in to your Store and select the Products tab, then click on the Import button. From there, you'll be able to download a blank template and upload your completed file.
Get a sample .xlsx file
You can download and view a sample .xlsx file to use as a template
The sample file contains different examples of products. It's likely that your import file will contain many more items.
If you use the sample file to complete the information, be sure to remove all product examples.
Complete the file
Please note that the products will be created in all branches with the data you provided.
Open the .xlsx file in a spreadsheet editor, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Add products, one row at a time, following the example rows.
Delete the example rows.
Save the file.
π‘ When entering the products in the .xlsx file, check the following:
Complete all required columns for each product.
Do not change or delete column headings.
The category and tag fields can only be filled using the option selector. Do not add options manually.
Do not add or delete columns. You can leave the optional columns blank.
Once you've used them as a reference to format your products, delete all example rows.
Save the file in .xlsx format.
Define the product type
It's important to note that, within the Store Center, there are two types of products:
Single products (no variants)
A product that doesn't share attributes, such as weight or name, with other products. For more details on how to create single products, please read the article Adding single products in bulk.
βProduct families (with variants)
Products that share attributes, such as name, brand, among others. An example is the case of a shirt, which comes in different sizes and, therefore, variants. When you incorporate a product that has variants, you should not create these products using this same file, as this file is only for products that do not contain variants and do not belong to any product family.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This functionality will be enabled very soon, so for the moment, products with a family can only be added in our store center.

Once this function is enabled, we will be informing you by email and through our online chat.
Fill in the remaining fields for each of these products, such as the URL of each image.
Upload your Spreadsheet
Afterwards, press the Select File button
Than press Upload button
After uploading the relevant document, the system will perform an internal verification of all incorporated data, providing confirmation regarding the correct reception of all products, in accordance with what is illustrated in the following example image.
In the event that errors are detected upon uploading the relevant document, the system will promptly identify these errors and display them as invalid entries. Subsequently, users will be notified of these errors for review.
Note: the system will display the Row number containing incorrect information and the name of the Column. You must correct the entered information and upload the document again.
