When your store has a system outage

If in the event of an emergency your store's system goes down, we need you to review the following information.

Sometimes unexpected things happen that can interrupt the order process.

  1. Issues printing a receipt

  2. Unstable internet connection

  3. Internet or POS downtime

  4. Power issues

So what happens if you have scheduled orders that you canโ€™t fulfill?

  • Don't worry- If your store can issue manual receipts that are valid as taxable receipts, orders can proceed normally.

  • If your store cannot issue receipts manually, and the issue can be resolved by the end of the day, the Shopper can continue with orders by either taking a screenshot of the order or requesting proof from the store that includes the order details. Please be sure to include the order number, itemized product list, and the total order amount. It is important that you submit the correct receipt as soon as possible as payment will depend on it.

  • If your store cannot issue receipts manually and the problem doesn't resolve itself, please take your store offline in home page.
