To deliver excellent service to your customers, it is important to maintain high quality standards.

  1. Keep your store catalog updated so that your store's Found Rate is above 90% on all orders.

2. Maintain a cancellation rate of less than 5% on all orders received by your store.

3. If there is no stock of any of the products requested, it is important that the Picker contacts the customer via chat or call to review replacement options, which should be a product of similar price and quality.

4. The product selection time should not exceed 20 minutes per order. This is in order to meet the delivery time promised to the customer.

5. It is important to collaborate with the Pickers to ensure that they are selecting the product requested by the customer. To do this, we recommend verifying information such as the product name, format, description, or barcode if it has one. It is also important to check if the product has any comments or additional instructions left by the customer.

6. It is important that Pickers ensure that the products they are carrying are in good condition, that is, that both the product and its packaging are not expired and without bumps or dents. How to perform this follow-up: when Pickers arrive at the checkout for the billing process, they should not allow products in poor condition, as mentioned above, to pass through to avoid possible returns of products by the customer.

7. It is important that Pickers pack the products correctly, ordering them in a way that they are not damaged inside the bag and the cold chain is not broken. This process will be carried out once our pickers have finished the billing process and have started the process of packing or bagging the products in their respective bags.

8. Upon completing the purchase, it is crucial that our Pickers take a clear photograph of the order invoice. The image must display the complete and legible information to ensure quick and error-free processing of payments to your store.

To ensure proper data capture, we request your cooperation in the following aspects:

  • Delivery of the receipt in perfect condition: free of stains, strikethroughs, or any other element that hinders readability.

  • Clarity in the data: numbers and letters must be sharp and legible, without being blurred or smudged.

Repeated non-compliance with these terms may result in the deactivation of the store in TrakiTrak.
