At TrakiTrak, we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your order. If one or more products in your order arrive in poor condition, you can request a return or exchange. This policy applies to products that are damaged (e.g., bumps, opened packages) or expired.
However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, we’re unable to process a return or exchange in that case.
If you receive an item with an expired or near-expiry date, please bring it to the driver’s attention during the delivery. TrakiTrak is committed to quality, and we will arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
In addition to notifying the driver, you can also report the issue through our Help Center within the TrakiTrak app. Simply go to the 'Help' section under your account, and we’ll ensure that the problem is addressed promptly, with a new item sent to you or the return or exchange process. If further assistance is needed, the Help Center can connect you directly to a support agent who will help resolve the issue.
