In this article, we'll show you how to create single products using a template. If you want to create product families, you can read the article Adding product families in bulk.
Required fields
The template we provide is solely and exclusively intended for creating unique products. This template cannot be used for the creation of products that contain variants. The fields below are those required to create single products. Fields that don't appear in this list can be ignored and left blank, as they aren't necessary for creating this type of product.
You'll also find required and optional fields. Not completing required fields may result in errors. Optional fields can be left blank if you don't have the information.
Column | What is it? | Requirement | Instructions |
SKU | Internal alphanumeric code used to identify products. | Required | This code must be unique among your products. If you don't have any product codes, you'll need to create codes in your file. |

These products will be displayed in the "Featured" section of the application. The selection of featured products should be a combination of available subcategories, such as pasta, rice, oils, etc., belonging to the "Pantry" category. It is recommended to choose 1 or 2 products from each subcategory to give customers an idea of the types of products offered in that category. It is important that the featured products have excellent, eye-catching, and attractive photos. IMPORTANT NOTE: Leaving this checkbox blank will be interpreted by the system as (NO) featured. |
