To apply your store to TrakiTrak, simply follow the steps below:

2. Log in or press on Get Started to sign up .

3. You can now start your application process, start by pressing the add store button.

4. You can start the process by pressing the Start button.

5. Agree with and press Continue

6. Please carefully read our Commission policy before pressing the Agree and Continue button

7. Add Store informations Step-by-Step.

Step 1: Enter your store's name, such as Adidas or Walmart.

Step 2: Provide your company's official name, like Wal-Mart Inc or Starbucks Corporation.

Step 3: Select type of your store, such as Grocery or clothing store.

Step 4: Enter the physical address or location of your store, for example, Beirut.

Step 5: Specify the city where your company's main headquarters are situated, like Baabda or Dekweneh.

Step 6: Enter the name of the individual designated as the legal representative for your company.

Step 7: Provide the ID number of the company's legal representative, such as a passport number or ID number.

Step 8: Enter your company's unique registration number.

Step 9: Enter the email address for primary corporate communication.

Step 10: Create a slogan for your store, with a maximum of 31 characters.

Step 11: Write a brief description of your store in 140 characters or less.

Step 12: Choose or enter the HEX code for your store's branded color.

Step 13: Upload your Logo .png format with a transparent background, meeting specific size and design criteria.

Step 14: Upload a banner image for your store's application on TrakiTrak, ensuring it meets size requirements and contains key components within the safe area.

8. Set up a main branch

Step 1: Select a name based on the branch's neighborhood, avoiding repetition of the store name.

Step 2: Input the branch-specific email address for receiving new order notifications.

Step 3: Submit one high-resolution exterior and two interior photos of the branch.

Step 4: Provide the complete address of your branch.

Step 5: Define the operating hours for your branch, indicating when it's open for shoppers and order placement.

Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click on Save and Continue to submit your request.

We will carefully review your submission within 48 hours, during which your store status will be marked as TrakiTrak is reviewing your application.
