Your store's banner is important since we will use it in your store's application on TrakiTrak so customers can get to know your store:
Your store's photo needs to be an image in
.pngor.jpgformat of1296x540px. It will present your store to the customers.
The key components need to be contained in the safe area. The application may cut the image that is not within this area.
Requirements:
The composition of your image needs to be simple and effective. Avoid unnecessary elements that do not help to identify your store's category easily.
Your store's photo must represent what your store offers.
The photo must be attractive for the customers' view.
Avoid using a white background for the banner.
Do not use monochrome pictures (Black & white).
You must not extend or misshape the photo.
The photo's composition
Image quality must be optimum.
If the picture includes people, the focus should be on the products: This can be used for clothing and footwear stores or when it helps to give context to the use of the product.
A correct setup of the photo frame must fulfill the size requirements.
Integrating your store's logo in the banner. It can be shown as long as it is part of a product, a label, or as an element within the store.
You must not use icons, emblems, promotions, or any kind of text.
Photomontage is not allowed
