How do Trakitrak orders work?

What to expect when your store receives an order.

When a customer orders from your store through TrakiTrak, they can choose to have it delivered as soon as possible or they choose a delivery slot for a later time.

  1. The Shopper receives the order through their app.

  2. The Shopper heads to your store.

  3. Your store receives an email informing you of the new order.

  4. The Shopper picks the customer's products. There is no need for you to prepare anything in advance.

  5. Once the Shopper finishes picking the products, they contact the customer through the app to go over any possible replacements and to see if they would like to add anything else.

  6. After they finish shopping, the Shopper goes to checkout where you will provide them with a purchase receipt. But remember, the Shopper will not pay at the store.

7. At this step, the in-store shopping is done. The Shopper will then go to the customer's delivery address to give them their order.
