  3. Attach Evidence: If possible, include any evidence such as screenshots of messages, photos, or voice recordings that document the inappropriate behavior.

  4. Our Response: TrakiTrak takes such matters extremely seriously. We will investigate the incident thoroughly and take immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. The driver involved will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination, depending on the severity of the incident.
