Responding to Questions About Payment Methods

At TrakiTrak, we currently accept cash as the only payment method for all orders.

When you place an order through the TrakiTrak app, you’ll be prompted to pay with cash upon delivery. While you don’t need to have the exact amount, if you plan to pay with a large bill, like $100, we recommend informing the driver in advance so they can prepare the necessary change.

Future Payment Options: We understand the convenience that card payments can offer, and we are actively working on integrating this payment method into our services. Currently, there is no option for card payments, but we aim to provide this feature as soon as possible. We will keep our customers updated on our progress and announce when card payments will be accepted.
