Types of Promotions in TrakiTrak app:
1. Percentage Discount on Single Items:
With this promotion, you can offer a percentage discount on individual item. However, please note that this discount is limited to one item per transaction. For example, a 10% discount on a $20 item would result in a $2 discount, but this promotion cannot be applied to multiple items or the entire bill.
Buy one get one (BOGO) or similar promotions are not available .
Discounts on multiple items or a cumulative discount on the total bill are not supported.
2. Free Delivery Promotion on Specific Items:
To sweeten the deal for your customers, we are introducing a free delivery promotion. By setting a purchase threshold for a specific item, customers can enjoy free delivery when they meet the criteria. For instance, if a customer buys $15 or more from a selected item, they will automatically qualify for free delivery on that item.
Free delivery promotion is limited to a single item
NB: Be aware that for both Percentage Discounts and Free Delivery promotions, you, as the promoting merchant, will cover the associated costs. Rest assured, our application's commission will remain unaffected by these promotional expenses.
How It Works - Step by Step:
1. Submit Product Information:
In this initial step, we want to know more about the products you want to promote. This information helps us accurately represent your promotions on our platform. Here's what you need to do:
Product List: Send us a detailed list of the products you want to promote. Including:
SKU
Background banner color
Information about the promotion for each item
Promotion Validation : Promotion Name / Start Date / End Date.
Banner and Logo Submission: Send us the banner and logo for the items you wish to promote. These visuals will be featured prominently on our platform, increasing the chances of attracting more customers.
Banner Format: Ensure the banner is in .png or .jpg format, with dimensions of 1296x540 pixels, and a transparent background.
Logo Format: Submit the logo in .png format with a transparent background and a minimum length of 1,000 pixels.

No Visuals? No Problem: If you don't have a photo banner or a logo, you can contact us. Our dedicated team is ready to create them for you with an additional fee.
