Once the Shopper arrives at the store, collects the products and confirms with the customer any modifications of the original order, he/she is ready to finalize the order.

The Shopper will not pay in the store; you will receive the total amount of all weekly orders on Mondays.

For this, it is necessary that your store staff are able to:

  • Check out all products and give the receipt to the Shopper.

  • The receipt must be the same as the one a regular customer receives, it cannot be a handwritten paper or a previously made receipt.

  • The receipt must include the total amount of the products that the Shopper is taking out of the store (this is the amount that we will consider for your weekly payment).

  • You should not include tips, surcharges or TrakiTrak commission on the receipt.

  • The prices on the receipt must be the same as those in the Products and in the store.

It is very important that the receipts have all the necessary information, that way we can process your payments correctly.

When the order has been delivered to the customer, its status will change to "Delivered" and the amount will appear as pending, waiting to be consolidated.

This process can take up to 48 hours. Once consolidated, you will see the confirmed amount in your Store Center.
