When customers order from your store through TrakiTrak, they can choose to have their order delivered as soon as possible, or they can choose a delivery time in the app for a later time and day.
A Shopper will receive a notification in their app for your store's order
The Shopper will head to your store to fulfill the customer's order
Your store will receive an email notification informing you about the order

The Shopper will arrive to your store and will pick up the products requested in the order as a regular customer would do. Please note that you do not have to prearrange the order.
Once the Shopper has picked up all the products of the order, they'll contact the customer to confirm possible replacements for products out of stock and ask if they'd like to add new items to the order.
After receiving confirmation from the customer, the Shopper will go to checkout. Please note that your store must provide a receipt to the Shopper in which all products of the order are detailed. Also, keep in mind that the Shopper does not pay in-store.
