TrakiTrak will always respect the refund and return policies of your store. If you do not accept exchanges or returns, you should just inform the Shopper and they have instructions of where to take the product.

Product exchange

If for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their purchase and if the policies of your store allow it, they can change the products directly.

Once an order is completed, the customer send an email with the summary of the purchase and the photo of the corresponding receipt.

With this, the customer will go to your store to exchange the products

The exchange can only be done for products of equal or greater value. If it is greater, the difference will be paid by the customer in your store directly.

The customer can only make exchanges directly in your store, in case of requesting a refund, he must manage it through TrakiTrak, communicating with customer service by chat or at [email protected]

The weekly payment and commission charge will be applied to the original amount of the order and will not be modified by these changes

Product return

When a customer is not satisfied with their purchase and wants to return the products, they must do so through TrakiTrak and not directly with your store, this means that returns in the store will always be made by a Shopper.

The Shopper will arrive at the store with the product and photo of the ticket (or the original ticket in case the customer has rejected the product on delivery and the Shopper who made the purchase is the same as the one making the return).

If your store receives the returned product, you must issue a credit note and give it to the Shopper so that it can be attached to the order. The discount can be seen in the next sale of the store.
