Should you discover that an item is missing from your order, kindly notify the driver right away. They will help verify the mistake and ensure that the issue is reported. We will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.

If your order is incomplete or incorrect, the first step is to review the items with the driver when they arrive. This ensures any discrepancies are immediately noted. If there’s an issue with an item, such as an incorrect or expired product, we will promptly send you a replacement to make things right.
