At TrakiTrak, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how you can do that depending on the status of your order:

If Your Order is Still Pending:

  • You can cancel the order directly from the TrakiTrak app.

  • Simply go to the "My Orders" section, select the order you want to cancel, and choose the cancellation option.

If Your Order is in the Picking Stage:

  • Once your order is being picked, the process has already begun, but you can still request to cancel.

  • To cancel an order at this stage, you should contact the driver directly through the app. The driver will assist you in canceling the order.

By following these steps, you can easily manage your orders and make any necessary changes. If you encounter any issues, our support team is here to help.
