At TrakiTrak, we want to ensure you’re satisfied with every item in your order. Here’s how we handle substitutions:

Why Was My Item Substituted Without My Consent?

  • Our Shoppers are trained to find the best possible replacements when an item is unavailable. However, before any substitution is finalized, the driver will show you the order and any replacements they’ve made. This gives you the opportunity to review and approve the items before the delivery is completed.

I Don’t Like the Substitution, Can I Return It?

  • Since the driver shows you the substitutions before completing the delivery, you can decide whether to accept or decline the replacement on the spot. This process ensures that you are satisfied with your order, and no issues should arise after the delivery is made.

By allowing you to review your order and substitutions before finalizing the delivery, we aim to ensure that you receive exactly what you want, without any surprises.
