There are 2 ways you can confirm that someone is indeed a Shopper:
Ask them to show you their app and the order number.
Log in to your store’s email and confirm that the information provided by the Shopper matches the details emailed to you (order number, Shopper's name, and photo).
We encourage Shoppers to wear a TrakiTrak t-shirt to make it easier to identify them.
