Tracking your order and delivery in TrakiTrak

It’s easy to track your order, from the moment your personal shopper starts finding your items until the moment it arrives at your door.

For best results, download the latest version of the TrakiTrak app for iOS or Android.

Order status


To track an order on this app, look at the bottom of the screen. There's a black square labeled the store name that you can tap on to view your order's status and details.

  1. Starting the Order: Once you place an order, the app confirms that your order has been accepted by displaying "Order Accepted" along with the time and the assigned shopper's name.

  2. Shopper Arrival at Store: When the shopper arrives at the store to pick your items, the app updates the status to "Shopper has arrived at the store," giving you a heads-up that your shopping is about to begin.

  3. Shopping in Progress: As the shopper picks your items, the status changes to "Shopping" to indicate that your order is being actively prepared.

  4. Order Preparation Completion: After picking all items, the status updates to "Shopper is finishing the order" showing that your order is nearly ready for delivery.

  5. En Route to Delivery: The next status, "Shopper is on his way," informs you that the shopper has left the store and is now en route to your delivery location. The app provides an estimated time until delivery, such as "Delivery in 12:31 minutes."

  6. Order Delivery: Once The shopper reaches your location, the status changes to "Ahmad has arrived to you." Shortly after, you'll receive a final notification stating "Your order has been delivered. Thank you for using TrakiTrak."
