The delivery time you can see on our website corresponds to the time the customer chooses to receive their order. In other words, it is the time we will arrive at the delivery address, not the time the Shopper will arrive at your store.

Shoppers will arrive before the time shown, this can happen even an hour before the delivery time you can see in the system.

When assigning an order, we always consider many factors, including the distance the delivery address is from the store and the closing time of your store. So, there is no need to be worried, the shopper will arrive within the time set up for your store.
