Initially, TrakiTrak will adhere to the same exchange and return policies that the store has for its customers. If you do not accept exchanges or returns, you just need to inform this to the Shopper, and they will know what to do.

Changes

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can make product exchanges as long as your store's policies allow it. The exchange should be done directly in the store in the following manner πŸ‘‡

Returns

When a customer wishes to return products, they must manage it through TrakiTrak, so returns will always be handled by a Shopper in the following manner πŸ‘‡
