How do you know when you have a TrakiTrak order?

When a customer places an order, this can be on-demand or scheduled.

You can check them by clicking on this link: 'Order status' section.

Once a Shopper is assigned an order, it will change to In Progress status and you will receive a notification from [email protected] to the email on file for your store. The email notification contains the following:

It is important to note that this notification does not contain product details. This is because the customer can modify their order by adding, switching, or deleting products from the original order.

There are 3 ways you can verify that someone is a Shopper:

  1. Ask them to show their app and order number.

  2. Log in to your store's email and confirm the information provided by the Shopper is the same as the email's details (order number, name, and photo).

  3. Log in to the Home page and look for the order number provided by the Shopper.

In your Store Center, you will find a notification section from which you will have access to information about your orders and other announcements for your store's operation.
