We always try to do our best so that all orders are delivered properly, but sometimes there are things that do not go as expected and to correct it, there are orders called "Post-sales".

Post-sales are orders created internally, at no cost to the customer, to correct an error in an order placed by the customer.

The reasons for doing an after-sale are:

  • Product change without being reported

  • Late delivery

  • Pricing error

  • Product in bad condition

  • Wrong product

  • Product not delivered but charged

  • Wrong replacement

For your store, this order will be carried out like any other order, you will receive the same email notifications and the Shopper will arrive at your store to make the purchase in a normal way. You must issue the corresponding receipt and the Shopper will go to the customer's address to deliver the order.

When delivering the new products, depending on the type of product and the reason for the post-sale, the customer could return the products from the initial order to the Shopper. If the return policies of your store allow it, the Shopper will go to your store to proceed to return the product.
