The Found-rate is the rate of products that a customer orders and that are actually in your store, without considering replacements.

I.e. if a customer ordered 10 items but the Shopper only found 9 in your store, then the Found-rate of that order will be 90%.

How do I improve my found-rate?

Your in-store catalog must be very consistent with the one you have online in TrakiTrak.

We will help you identify the products that are not on stock at the time the Shopper is going to pick them up.

You can check this in the Reports section, in the panel "Products not found"
