Yes, they can!

TrakiTrak customers can always order an item that is not in your catalog. If they know or believe you might have a specific product, but they can't find it in your catalog, they can request it and the Shopper will go to the store to look for it.

If they find it, they will bring it to the customer, and you just need to provide the Shopper with the receipt showing the cost of the product. We will invoice you as we do with the rest of the products/orders.

If they can't find it, they will call the customer to see if they want to replace it with something else.
