How to Check Real-Time Status of Items Found and Not Found by the Shopper

Stay informed about the availability of your items in real-time with the TrakiTrak app. Here’s how you can monitor the status of items being picked by your shopper:

  1. Access the Products Section: During the shopping process, tap on the "Products" button within the app. This could be located at the bottom of the screen, This action will navigate you directly to the relevant page.

  2. View Items Found and Not Found:

    • Found: This section lists all items that your shopper, such as the Shopper, has successfully found in the store. Each entry includes the product name, quantity, price, and packaging size. The list updates in real-time, showing items as they are added by the shopper.

    • Not Found: Directly below the found items, you'll find a list of products that are currently unavailable or not found by the shopper. Each of these items is also listed with their details, allowing you to see what’s missing as it happens.

  3. Interactive Response Options: At the end of the shopping process, for any items not found, the app will prompt you to choose from alternatives pre-selected by the shopper or to remove the item from your order. This ensures you can make informed decisions and modify your order based on what's available.
