Step 1: Open the TrakiTrak app and go to 'My Orders.'
Step 2: Select the order that is currently being picked.
Step 3: Use the chat feature to communicate with your Shopper. You can request to add, remove, or replace items as needed.
Step 4: The Shopper will confirm any changes before finalizing the order..
