We understand how frustrating it can be when you can’t find the items you need. Here’s why this might happen and what you can do:

Why Can’t I Find Certain Items in the App?

  • Item availability can vary depending on the store’s stock and your location. Some items might not be available at certain times due to inventory changes.

Items I Used to Order Are No Longer Available

  • This can happen when a store temporarily or permanently stops carrying an item. However, there are a few things you can do:

    • Check Back Later: Sometimes items come back in stock after a short period.

    • Use the Search Tab: Try searching in the search tab to see if the product is available from another merchant within the app.

    • Alternative Products: If the item isn’t available, our driver will contact you to suggest an alternative product that meets your needs.
